1. Construction preparation
Prepare the construction plan and construction plan, and prepare the carbon fiber sheet, supporting resin, machine tools, etc. before use for construction.
2. Concrete surface treatment
Remove the deteriorated concrete such as peeling, looseness, honeycomb, corrosion, etc. on the surface of the strengthened member, expose the concrete structural layer, and repair the surface with the repair material. Grouting or sealing of cracks according to design requirements.
3. Prepare and apply the underlying resin
The base resin is formulated according to the manufacturer's specifications and the base resin is evenly applied to the concrete surface. The next step of the construction is carried out immediately after the surface of the resin is touched.
4. Prepare the leveling material and repair the unevenness
The recessed part of the concrete surface is filled with leveling material, and the leveling material is used to repair the smooth arc.
5. Paste carbon cloth / aramid cloth
1) Cut the carbon cloth/aramid cloth according to the size required by the design;
2) Prepare the impregnating resin and evenly apply it to the member to be attached;
3) Roll down multiple times along the fiber direction to squeeze out the bubbles, so that the impregnating resin is fully saturated with carbon cloth. / aramid cloth;
4) The surface of the carbon cloth / aramid cloth is uniformly coated with the impregnating resin.
6. Surface protection
Dispose of in accordance with the relevant regulations and ensure a reliable bond between the protective material and the carbon cloth / aramid cloth.
